The Innovator’s Dilemma

Clayton M. Christensen is the Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and although it’s approaching twenty years since this book was first published, the lessons it gives about why successful companies fail in innovation and how new startups are able to disrupt large established businesses are still as true today as they were back then. This video summarises the key lessons from the book in a clear and visual manner in just over four minutes using modern companies such as AirBNB as case studies.

If you’re interested in getting a deeper level of understanding on the topic the book is available on Amazon US and Amazon UK.
